How to Use the Power of Connection to Get a Job Instantly!

Today I am going to share with you the Power of Rapport that allows me to make almost anybody to “LIKE” me almost instantly. The Power of Rapport – The ability to mirror the other party so much so that they think you are their best friend!

Let me give you an example: The interviewer is speaking with a loud voice and at a fast speed but you are talking softly and at a slow speed. The interviewer is leaning towards you on the table crossing his leg and you are sitting opposite him lying on the chair with your legs tilting to one side. Both examples are extreme cases and when both parties are doing things differently, you will not be able to build rapport. To create rapport, the word is MIRROR.

You are going to follow the way the interviewer speaks, in terms of tone, speed, and sharpness, etc. You are going to mimic the way he sits, stands, moves, his postures and gestures. To know more about our jobs related then you can move on http://sg-job.com/

Key Telephone Interview Questions Interviewer Will Ask – Confession by a HR Manager

The reason why a telephone interview will be conducted is because the questions that asked to the candidates will be able to filter out those candidates who are not suitable, the key questions that interviewer will ask are the following:

1-    Which company are you currently with? This is to determine whether you are currently available and to test whether your resume stated is the same.

2-    Why do you want to leave the current company? A typical question, never ever says anything negative about the current employer, if you do, your telephone interview opportunity will be gone.

3-    What is your expected salary? Human resource personnel who ask this type of question will give you the signal that they are a “budget” employer, which means that the employer had already be given a budget for this position, if your answer is above their pre-determine range, they will not ask you for an interview, do be careful about your answers to this question.
